On this two-part work the missing female parts suggest to us the fulfilment of the desire for unity. This painting has been invited for several exhibitions as an iconic work. I read the history of Skeleton Woman by Clarissa Pinkola Estés, and I felt that the essence of the story quite fits my painting, so I gave it this title later. One can sense the condition of the Lost Paradise here where there is a lack of unity. The snake pattern of the background refers to this imbalance.
