This painting was born from an experience in Munich. Crossing the underpass I saw a billboard promoting awareness of the consumer nature of society. The mobile advertising space inspired me to contrast human and natural values in one composition. The selected body is a symbol of time travel as the viewer looks at the image by the position that shows a typical beauty ideal. The tip quotes the mountain backbone of legendary Mount Saint Victoire, which was also an important symbol in its own age. The empty distance between two images is part of the whole composition. It refers to the lack of balance and relationship between the celestial, spiritual and the earthly, material world.
